Christy Consler, Principal of Consler Coaching,
brings over 13 years of senior professional experience in marketing
strategy development, consumer packaged goods marketing, consulting,
banking, and internet/entrepreneurial management to her background
in coaching and career counseling. She has worked with a variety
of individuals and organizational types in a variety of settings,
from executives of Fortune
500 firms to entrepreneurial startups.
A graduate of the Wharton School of Business at
the University of Pennsylvania, Christy earned an MBA in Marketing
and Strategic Management. She earned a B.S. degree from Cornell,
as well as her Business German certification from New York University.
Christy has completed coursework at the Creative Problem Solving
Institute (CPSI), and her coach training at Coach
U.
On a personal note, Christy grew up in a small town
in upstate New York. She was bitten by the adventure bug early in
her life. At 17, she lived in Austria for a year as an exchange
student, learning German, traveling the continent, and developing
a fascination with and appreciation for different cultures and ways
of viewing the world. This experience was the foundation for her
interest in coaching-by seeing the many ways that people create
their personal realities and professional lives, it established
her firm belief that everyone has a unique path to choose that suits
their highest and best purpose. Christy's subsequent adventures
have included Africa, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand,
and Central America. She now makes her home in San Francisco.

I believe that people possess great talents and
wisdom, but often do not access their gifts to their fullest potential.
I am dedicated to helping you achieve the goals and success you
desire.
I will ask a lot of you: to stretch yourself in
new ways, to dramatically raise your standards for yourself, to
give your best, to take action. In return, I will give you my unconditional
support and all the skills, talent, and wisdom I bring to the relationship--and
my complete honesty.
